Bangladesh Watch Club at Dubai Watch Week 2025: An Experience We’ll Never Forget
BWC reflects on its first international watch show: the exhibitions, masterclasses and conversations at Dubai Watch Week 2025, and the friendships that made the experience memorable.

Dubai Watch Week 2025 was more than just an event for us — it felt like stepping into a living, breathing world of creativity, passion, and human connection. For Bangladesh Watch Club, this was our first time attending an international watch show as a community, and every moment felt special.
From the moment we walked into the venue, it was clear: Dubai Watch Week 2025 isn’t just a watch fair. It’s an experience.

A Venue That Felt Alive
This year’s Dubai Watch Week edition was designed beautifully — open, welcoming, and full of energy. The layout made it feel like you’re walking through a living museum where every corner had a story waiting for you.
The luxury watch brand exhibitions were stunning. Whether it was an independent brand unveiling a new creation or a major house showcasing its icons in a fresh way, each booth felt like its own little world — crafted with intention, design, and personality.
You could feel the effort that went into making the exhibition not only informative but inspiring. Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt commercial. It truly felt curated.

Masterclasses & Forums: Learning From the Best
One of the standout experiences this year was the masterclasses and forums. Watchmakers, designers, collectors, and horology industry leaders — all under one roof, sharing ideas openly.
Sitting in those rooms, listening to people who have shaped modern horology, you realize why Dubai Watch Week is so respected. They don’t just display watches; they allow you to understand the thinking behind them — the journey, the failures, the breakthroughs, the philosophy.
Every session felt like a chance to learn something new, something deeper.

A Global Community in One Place
For us at Bangladesh Watch Club (BWC), one of the most heartwarming parts of the entire week was seeing so many friends from the global watch community — all in one place.
Watch collectors we’ve met online for years. Friends who share the same passion but live in different parts of the world. People we’ve exchanged stories, opinions, and laughs with through Instagram or at small meet-ups.
There is something special about meeting these people in person — shaking hands, sharing coffee, talking watches, talking life. These friendships are the soul of this hobby.

Dubai’s Watch Lovers Show Up Big
Another thing that stood out was how many local enthusiasts came. Families, young collectors, newcomers, seasoned experts — everyone came to enjoy what the week had to offer.
It didn’t matter if someone was wearing a vintage piece or a modern sports watch; the vibe was the same everywhere: curiosity, excitement, and genuine appreciation.
Dubai has built a strong horological culture, and you feel it the moment you enter the venue.

Reflecting on Our First International Watch Show as BWC
For Bangladesh Watch Club, this trip meant a lot. It was our first international watch week as a community.
We were here not just to see watches, but to understand the ecosystem — the brands, the designers, the collectors, and the stories behind everything. And most importantly, to bring all of this back home for the watch lovers in Bangladesh.
Dubai Watch Week 2025 reminded us why we started BWC in the first place: To connect people. To celebrate craftsmanship. To share knowledge. To build a community that appreciates the art of watchmaking without ego, without politics — just passion.
